The Children Shall Lead Us: Annual Earth Day Celebration

Location: Joe Brown Park

Families involved and interested in Greater New Orleans Interfaith Climate Coalition will gather to share educational activities and games. Various stations will allow small groups to participate in artistic creation, small planting projects, music and readings. Environmental awareness and interfaith connection are the focus on this day. We hope to have interest in kayaking and nature trail exploration. Congregational Youth Directors will facilitate a variety of interactive options. Children will be accompanied by parent/guardian. Trash clean up for our area and surroundings will be part of the learning experience.
