Program Manager – Green Leaf Communities Initiative

The Greater New Orleans Interfaith Climate Coalition (GNOICC) is excited to announce that we are seeking our next Program Manager to lead the Green Leaf Communities Initiative (GLCI). This is a vital role in advancing environmental justice, climate resilience, and community well-being through interfaith and community-based action across Louisiana.

The Program Manager will coordinate outreach with faith-based and community partners, support participating congregations in developing Environmental Justice Action Plans, and guide the implementation of green projects such as rain gardens, rain barrels, and waste reduction initiatives. This role is deeply relational, grounded in justice, and central to building an interfaith climate justice movement across Louisiana.
