Neighborhood Power Plan Approved The New Orleans City Council unanimously approved the $30 million Neighborhood Power Plan, a community-led proposal by Together New Orleans and the Alliance for Affordable Energy to strengthen the city’s power grid through solar-plus-battery systems at homes and community institutions.
