Once again NOLA.COM is letting me down. I guess they only care if one is close!
Eastern Tropical Atlantic is still in the vicinity of the Capo Verde Islands. It will probably form into a depression later this week. It will go west then north and may be shut down by upper level winds.
East of the Windward Islands has been better developed than yesterday. It may be come a depression later this week and will continue westward. The Windward Islands are being told to monitor it.
