Last week GNOICC’s Research, Education, and Policy Team (REAP) meeting focused on legislative policies impacting the Greater New Orleans area. Specifically, Jonathan Leo, Commissioner of the Capital Area Groundwater Conservation Commission and GNOICC Board Member presented how Senate Bill 432 will limit the public’s ability to protect our precious aquifer.
