🌿 Who We Are: The Greater New Orleans Interfaith Climate Coalition (GNOICC) supports underserved Louisiana faith communities most impacted by environmental racism through education, advocacy, and technical assistance to confront rising environmental challenges.
🌊 Our Work: Louisiana’s flooding and pollution crises demand solutions led by those most affected. Our inaugural Green Leaf Communities Initiative (GLCI) equips faith communities in vulnerable parishes to design and implement localized, small-scale, high-impact green infrastructure projects that:
✅ Reduce their climate footprint ✅ Improve water quality ✅ Reduce water use ✅ Build community capacity
