Hurricane update for 08 October 2022

State may make it illegal to dump menhaden and abandon fishing gear

Julia is still a Tropical Storm as this morning. NOLA.com has had nothing so I went to the NHC and NWS to find the same information. Julia is in the Southwestern Caribbean and is not expected to form a Tropical Cyclone for the next 5 days
